Delicious Broccoli Rice Casserole – Don’t Miss It!

Broccoli Rice Casserole is mouthwatering and extremely easy to make. As for proportions, you can do what you want. Just get it to the consistency and flavor that you like. This is one of those dishes that look and taste like a masterpiece, but is super simple and easy to make!

Easy and Delicious Recipe!

I cook the rice in my electric pressure cooker–so easy and quick! I boil a large bag of broccoli and then drain and chop it up a little. I sauté chopped onion and celery in a little bit of chicken broth and add it to the mixture. To that, you add your cream of chicken and cream of mushroom as well as a jar of cheese whiz! Stir it all together and it’s ready to bake! SO EASY!!!

Ingredients

  • 2 C rice, cooked

  • Large package of broccoli, boiled and chopped

  • 1/2 c onion, chopped

  • 1/2 c celery, chopped

  • 1 can cream of Mushroom

  • 1 can cream of Chicken

  • 1 jar Cheese Whiz

Directions

  • Cook you rice and broccoli separately
  • Saute onions and celery
  • Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish
  • Bake at 375 for about 10 min
