How to Make the Best Breakfast Quiche Ever
Mornings can be really hard sometimes! But you know what can make them better? …not having to cook!!! Sometimes we are just pulled in so many directions that putting together a decent breakfast is almost impossible. One of the best things that you can do for these times, is to already have something awesome prepared, like this Breakfast Quiche.
A breakfast quiche is basically pie for breakfast, but healthier. Did I get your attention?
What is Quiche?
Quiche can be put together in a variety of ways. Some people make them crustless, more like a frittata, but my family would revolt! There are many ingredients that could be put into a quiche but I’ll let you in on what I typically use.
We have tons of breakfast sausage from pigs we’ve butchered so that always goes in and, of course, scrambled eggs are a must. I also cube and boil potatoes for it and add lots of cheese as well. Salt and pepper are a must but you can also add whatever additional seasonings that you want.
When all of your ingredients are cooked and put together in a large bowl, you can add them to your pie crust and bake. Be sure to check out my Flaky Homemade Pie Crust recipe. It is sooooo good!
