I Love my Meat Tenderizer

The Need – Meat Tenderizer
If you have followed along recently then you know that I have been frantically butchering so many animals. I have processed them into a wide variety of cuts using different tools at my disposal (…or whatever was within reach!)
One of the meals that my family loves is chicken fried steak so processing cube steak is a definite benefit for us. However, smashing a whole bunch of steaks with a tenderizing mallet is a total pain in the butt!
This meat tenderizer attachment for KitchenAid mixers is awesome! It makes quick work of cubing steak so that you can get on with the rest of your day!
That is where the meat tenderizer attachment for my KitchenAid stand mixer comes in. I love this thing!! I will admit that my absolute favorite appliance is my KitchenAid stand mixer.
I would give up a lot of other appliances in order to keep it, not just because it is a powerful mixer, but also because of all of the other things that it can accomplish with various attachments.
KitchenAid Mixers, if you don’t have one, are certainly something that I always suggest for anyone who cooks, bakes, processes meat, etc. It is certainly worth it to at least look into it.
They come in multiple sizes to suit your needs, from a basic 3.5 qt to a commercial 8 qt. Then, when you start looking at the various attachments that are available, you will be amazed!

A Plethora of Attachments
I have both of these attachments. The slicer/shredder is great to have on hand for a variety of uses but the meat grinder is something that I use so much. I really put it to the test…and it passes with flying colors!
